One of the amazing things about the World Wide Web is that anyone can create a web page. If people find your page interesting they will come visit it. If lots of people like your page then you have created something of value. A web page is like a mini TV station. If yours becomes hugely popular then you could sell ads on it. That is one form of "value." There are other forms as well, especially for teenagers. A popular page allows you to speak to and educate others, gives you a chance to meet people, and opens doors of opportunity that you might not expect.

For me,i really agree with this article.A web page is like a mini TV station. If yours becomes hugely popular then you could sell ads on it. That is one form of "value." There are other forms as well, especially for teenagers. A popular page allows you to speak to and educate others, gives you a chance to meet people, and opens doors of opportunity that you might not expect.
In conclusion, you can create your page, tune it, and then when it is all ready and perfect put it out on a public web site. Then you can look at the tags in other pages that you see on the web (use the "Source" or "View Document Source" option in your browser) and you can "see" how people create any page.It is a great way to experiment.
